Congregation Beth Shalom, a reform temple in Bozeman is coming to Big Sky.
A summer shabbat service, Torah study and a hike will be held on August
26th and 27th in Big Sky. The service will begin at 6:30 pm on Friday,
August 26th at the Big Sky Chapel. A Shabbat dinner will follow at the
home of Mark and Jackie Robin.
Rabbi Ed Stafman will also lead a Torah study at the chapel on Saturday,
August 27th from 9am to 10am. Enjoying the shabbos will continue with a
hike to Beehive Basin for anyone who is interested. Hikers are asked to
meet on the patio of the Hungry Moose Market and Deli at 10:30am on
Saturday. The 5 mile roundtrip hike to Beehive will take about 4 hours
including a lunch break at the lake.
