Qigong is a simple yet powerful energy practice that’s accessible to everyone.

Through the combination of the mind, the breath and a set of slow, precise movements, the practitioner is able to connect to vital energy known as Qi and move it through the body.

This practice keeps the energy pathways of the body open, thereby enhancing health and longevity.

Qigong is typically performed in a standing position but can also be done sitting or even lying down if the practitioner’s physical condition requires it.

Many people report a strong sense of peace and wellbeing after just one Qigong experience. This self-healing art form has been in practice for thousands of years and has proven results for dedicated practitioners around the world.

Supreme Science Qigong forms are fully guided, allowing the student to relax and quiet the mind. Benefits include stress relief, improved sleep patterns, stimulated endocrine and immune systems, improved balance, confidence and enhanced digestion.
