Lone Mountain Land Company to host third annual community open house

On Tuesday, June 9, Lone Mountain Land Company will host its third annual community open house at The Wilson Hotel. The presentations will provide an update on current development across Big Sky and include information on broader efforts focused on long-term community priorities and investment. 

During the open house from 4 to 7 p.m., LMLC will share updates about ongoing projects and community initiatives, according to a May 15 press release. Areas of focus include workforce housing, child care, infrastructure, environmental stewardship and economic sustainability.

“We’re looking forward to connecting with the community and having a conversation about the present and future of Big Sky,” Matt Kidd, president of LMLC, stated in the release. “Over the last year, we have made significant progress towards long-term community goals. There’s a lot to be proud of in what’s been accomplished so far in Big Sky, and much work remains. We’re excited to talk about the work openly, answer questions, and continue building this community together.”

Attendees are encouraged to submit questions in advance online. The public event will include refreshments and appetizers following the presentation. BASE will offer child care for parents wanting to attend the event.
