Experience a one-week-only immersive album listening event featuring stunning visuals created in collaboration with National Geographic videographer Babak Amin Tafresh. With Bridgers’ tour already sold out, this exclusive presentation offers fans a chance to experience the new album in a spectacular way.
This approximately one-hour, phone-free experience may include loud music, flashing lights, and fast-moving visuals. A Yondr pouch will be provided and required for all mobile devices. Guests may leave at any time but will not be readmitted after the presentation begins.
Presented in partnership with COSM.
Additional Details:
Screened in the museum’s Taylor Planetarium from 4 to 5 p.m. each day, the experience pairs the album with visuals from Babak Tafreshi, an acclaimed photographer and National Geographic night sky explorer. Filmed across nearly 20 countries, the show transports audiences beneath the star-filled skies of Madagascar, the Northern Lights over Iceland, dramatic Texas storms and other nighttime landscapes from around the world.
“This experience is a wonderful example of how music, science and art can come together to inspire curiosity and wonder,” said Eric Loberg, Taylor Planetarium program manager. “The stunning imagery reminds us of both the beauty of our night skies and our connection to the larger universe.”
Tickets for the Lost Weekend Planetarium Experience are $5 for museum members and $10 for non-members.

The event is presented in partnership with the global technology company Cosm. Phoebe Bridgers will not be in attendance, and the event is not a live performance. Select planetariums will debut Bridgers’ album around the world, and it will be released to the general public on Aug. 14.
To preserve an immersive environment, the experience is a phone- and camera-free event. Mobile devices will be secured in pouches upon entry to the theater and returned to guests at the conclusion of the program.
