March 19 @ 5:30 pm 7:30 pm

Thursday, March 19 5:30 p.m. | Hager Auditorium Included with membership, $5/non-member Registration is required

Through mythology and archaeology, this talk will connect disparate-seeming topics: paleontology, archaeology, mythology, and the Blackfeet Nation. Dale and Patty Fenner of Browning, Montana, were both raised on the Blackfeet Reservation and share a deep passion for history, Blackfeet art, and Tribal historical preservation. In this lecture, they will explore Blackfeet beliefs surrounding paleontological remains and discuss the mythology, archaeology, and paleontology connected to the Blackfeet dinosaurs of Montana’s Old West.
