SUMMARY:Montana Watercolor Society Watermedia 2025 Opening Night
DESCRIPTION:Come and Be Part of the Celebration of our nationally juried Watermedia 2025 exhibit on FRIDAY\, OCTOBER 3rd\, from 5:00 to 7:00pm at the Old Main Gallery\, 129E. Main Street in Bozeman.\nFifty “Best of the Best” paintings will be featured and over $5\,000 in cash and merchandise prizes will be awarded! The winners will be announced by the show’s Juror\, Carolyn Lord\, who will also be presenting her gallery talk during the event.\nAfter the Gallery Opening Night\, join MTWS at the Watermedia Banquet held at the Beall Park Community Center\, 409 N Bozeman Avenue. Dinner will be presented by Sadie’s Catering of Bozeman.\nThe evening’s program will be rounded out by the introduction of 6 new Signature Members\, a fun FUNraiser\, and our ever-present raffle. Come one\, come all! This is a community wide event. If you attend the banquet you’ll have opportunities to win original paintings from MTWS signature members.\nThe Gallery Opening and Juror Talk is a free event. You can attend the banquet by turning in this form. Currently the only option to turn in your form and payment is through email and a QR code. Deadline to turn in your form is 10:00am Monday\, September 22nd. Looking forward to see you there!\nMontana Watercolor Society’s annual national juried Watermedia show was last in Bozeman 37 years ago. We are excited to be back in Bozeman and thank Old Main Gallery & Framing for hosting the show!

DESCRIPTION:Día de Muertos: Part of the Haunted \nPeaks Fall Festival \nSunday\, October 26\, 2025 | 12–7 pm \nBig Sky Center for the Arts\, 77 Lone Peak Drive \nJoin us for a community celebration of Día de los Muertos\, a Mexican holiday honoring and remembering loved ones who have passed. The event will feature a community altar\, ofrendas\, children’s crafts\, face painting\, storytelling\, traditional foods and drinks\, and live music. \nFrom 12–4 pm\, families can enjoy kids’ activities and cultural storytelling. The evening continues from 4–7 pm with a fiesta of music\, food\, and community gathering. All are welcome to bring photos\, flowers\, and favorite foods of their loved ones to add to the altar.
