Its creation is steeped\nin mystery and intrigue\, with legend suggesting that Mozart composed the Requiem\nwhile facing his own mortality. This adds an additional layer of intensity and\nemotional power to a piece that continues to captivate audiences centuries\nlater. \nUnder the baton of Music Director\nNorman Huynh\, the Bozeman Symphony Orchestra and the 90-voice Bozeman Symphonic\nChoir\, led by interim Choir Director Maren Marchesini\, will bring this timeless\nmasterpiece to life. The concerts will feature renowned vocal soloists Janai\nBrugger\, soprano; Siena Licht Miller\, mezzo-soprano; Sidney Outlaw\, baritone;\nand Brian Skoog\, tenor. \nAs one of the most beloved and\nfrequently performed works in the classical repertoire\, the Requiem has\nleft an indelible mark on music history\, affirming Mozart’s status as one of\nthe greatest composers of all time.
