Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks will hold a meeting in Helena on Dec. 14 and will have a public comment period about proposed hunting regulations in the 2024 and 2025 season.

The meeting will address bighorn sheep, deer and elk, moose and bison along with other animals. For Region 3, a proposal for the Madison Watershed portion and Gallatin Watershed portion would make changes to the number of licenses permitted to hunt bison.
