The Gallatin City-County Health Department is holding a 12-week falls prevention fitness program starting April 16 at the Belgrade Senior Center. The Stay Active & Independent for Life class focuses on strength, balance and mobility.
The classes are one hour each and will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1 p.m. The 12-week session will end on July 2. Those interested can sign up by calling (406) 582-3100, or emailing hs@gallatin.mt.gov.
