On Saturday, May 16 and Sunday, May17, the Bozeman Public Library will hold its seasonal book sale. Hosted by the Bozeman Library Friends and Foundation, the sale will include not only books of all genres but music, movies, puzzles and games.
The event is open to the public starting at 10 a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. Members get early access on Saturday starting at 8 a.m. Sunday will be the sale’s fill-a-bag event, where shoppers can fill a provided bag or a bag of their own with books and pay just a couple of dollars. The sale event happens three times a year according to the foundations’ website.
“These books sold are generously donated by the public and carefully sorted by our dedicated volunteers, who spend countless hours organizing donations. Thanks to their efforts and the support of our community, our book sales raise an average of $70,000 annually to benefit the Library,” the website states.
