RegenMarket – Big Sky Business is a Win-Win for Customers and Montana Ranchers!

Review by Sara Sipe

Get ready for the holiday season by ordering from RegenMarket, a Big Sky-based company offering ultra-high-quality, Montana-raised meats that ship directly to your door. They’re committed to supporting local ranchers and using regenerative agriculture practices, which means their products are nutrient-rich and sustainably sourced. I hoped this would translate into a delicious holiday meal for my friends and family, and it certainly did!

For a “mock” Christmas, I prepared a standing rib roast. The aroma filled the house and even drew neighbors over. I kept the seasoning simple with a dry brine and herbs to let the flavor of the meat shine. The result was a perfectly cooked, medium-rare, bone-in prime rib that was tender, flavorful, and a huge hit with my guests. I served it with horseradish sauce, spicy creamed spinach, and roasted new potatoes for an unforgettable meal.

Next, I tried RegenMarket’s half ham, which is precooked and incredibly easy to prepare. I glazed it with brown sugar, orange soda, and clove, serving it alongside roasted carrots and mashed potatoes. This dish was perfect for a holiday meal, and the leftovers made fantastic breakfasts with eggs benedict and au gratin casseroles.

RegenMarket offers monthly subscription plans and special holiday gift boxes, making it easy to enjoy their full range of products regularly. Their lineup includes beef, bison, pasture-raised pork, poultry, lamb, and sustainably sourced fish, along with prepared meals, sides, grains, legumes, honey, and oils. Whether you’re looking to impress at a holiday gathering or give the gift of Montana-raised meats, RegenMarket has a wide variety of options sure to satisfy.
