On Saturday, Oct. 25, the community is invited to participate in Run For Your Life, an annual 5K footrace hosted by Help Center. The event honors those lost to suicide and supports critical mental health services across southwest Montana. The route starts at Montana State University’s Bobcat Stadium and through the southside trails and sidewalks. All ages and abilities are welcome, and participants are encouraged to run in costume.

Run For Your Life helps fund the efforts of the Bozeman-based Help Center, including their 24-hour crisis and suicide prevention services, which have supported the region for more than 50 years. The nonprofit also provides support services for sexual assault, child advocacy and parent coaching.
