She took the time to educate me on why Vitamin D is import, particularly for those of us living in a Northern climate, and how vitamins and nutritional supplements are best absorbed. Although oral supplements are very effective, injectable vitamins are more efficient, so I opted for a shot of Vitamin D. After expressing some interest in options for improving the appearance of my skin, she also recommended a shot of glutathione. Once decided, the actual shots took less than five minutes for preparation and administering. Based on their recommendation, I will be back for another Vitamin D shot every four weeks through the winter.
