The only difficulty with Big Sky Resort’s Vine and Dine Festival was deciding which of the many enticing, eclectic activities to attend. The four-day event opened Aug. 18 with a reception on the Summit Hotel terrace featuring a stellar array of domestic and international wines and a bounty of creative morsels prepared by the resort’s top chefs.
Friday and Saturday’s offerings included palate-engaging seminars led by celebrity chefs and sommeliers, six vintner dinners, luncheons and tastings on the slopes of Lone Peak. The weekend culminated with the Vine and Dine Grand Event on Aug. 20 under the tent at Mountain Village Plaza with an even more extensive selection of food, wine, music and art.
