After a yearlong sabbatical the Big Sky Softball league is back. This year the league is blessed with two new recently constructed fields at the Big Sky Community Park.
“The league is very thankful to have such an amazing asset available to use for games. This year’s season should be great fun,” said Eric Ladd, BSSL commissioner.
This year the league will start June 11 with games on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights. The league will be co-ed, consisting of seven men and three women on the field. The league has been one of the largest organized events for Big Sky in past years, with over 400 players, 16 teams and tournaments.
Team registration is now open. Cost is $500 per team on a first-come first-serve basis.
