Bridger Bowl hosts annual torchlight parade for new year

On Thursday, Dec. 30, Bridger Bowl Ski Area will ring in 2026 with their annual torchlight parade and fireworks celebration. Starting at 4 p.m., enjoy a family-friendly spaghetti dinner at both Jim Bridger and Saddle Peak lodges and live music by Roadrunner and Brendan Nolan. At nightfall, Bridger Bowl Snowsports instructors will snake down the hill holding torchlights, followed by a fireworks display in the base area.

The event is free and open to the public with dinner $9 for kids and $18 for adults. More information can be found on their events page.
Christmas skiers should be aware that on Christmas day, Dec. 25, Bridger Bowl will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and shuttle buses will not be in operation. Between Dec. 23 and 27, and Dec. 30 – Jan. 3 the shuttle will run on a holiday schedule which can be found online.
