BIG SKY/WEST YELLOWSTONE – The Highway 191 rivals, Lone Peak and West Yellowstone high schools, are challenging their respective communities to donate food to those in need Oct. 6-11.

Similar to Montana State University’s “Can the Griz” event, the Big Horns and Wolverines will be hosting the “Battle of 191,” raising canned food and monetary donations for the Big Sky Community Food Bank and West Yellowstone Food Pantry.

Donations will be accepted at the schools and at businesses around Big Sky. The final tally will be announced on Oct. 11 at the football field in West Yellowstone, when the Big Horns and Wolverines clash on the gridiron.
