The Human Resources Development Council has completed renovations to the Colorado Apartments, low-income housing for seniors in Belgrade. A Nov. 12 HRDC press release announced that it will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony at the Colorado Apartments, 700 Colorado St., at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13.

“This major investment reflects our commitment to supporting Belgrade’s elderly and disabled residents, ensuring they have a safe, stable place to call home,” the release stated. The $668,000 renovation project was funded by a HOME program award from the Montana Department of Commerce and additional support from the City of Belgrade and the Rural Local Initiatives Support Corporation.
