Retired Yellowstone Ranger equines available for adoption

EBS STAFF

Two longtime service animals from the Yellowstone Ranger District are seeking permanent homes following their retirement from active duty.

Ladybug, a 29-year-old red roan molly mule standing 15 hands high, and Dent, a 25-year-old bay gelding measuring 15.1 hands, both previously supported frontcountry and backcountry operations. The pair are described as gentle, experienced on varied terrain and well-suited as companion animals, in a post by Custer Gallatin National Forest.
