Town Center Avenue closed until June 2 for utility work

Businesses remain open to foot traffic; construction continues on new ‘boutique hotel’

Town Center Avenue will be closed to through-traffic as developers work to install utilities and infrastructure for a Town Center “boutique hotel” announced by Lone Mountain Land Company in April 2024.

Businesses will remain open to foot traffic, with normal parking available except in the closed section of road.

A new road, Plaza Avenue, will be constructed to connect Town Center Avenue with Aspen Leaf Drive. The hotel’s utility construction is being done in conjunction with that road work, according to a May 22 email from LMLC.

LMLC provided a map to show the closure, effective May 22 to June 2.
