MSU Community Cat Walk scheduled for Friday in downtown Bozeman

In a welcome celebration to Montana State University students ahead of the first day of classes on Aug. 21, MSU will hold its annual Community Cat Walk. From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 16, MSU’s President Waded Cruzado, Spirit of the West Marching Band, Spirit Squad and representatives will parade down Main Street.

The marchers aim to create “Bobcat Buzz,” according to an event description from the Downtown Bozeman Association. The marchers will visit businesses and stores playing the fight song and pass out Bobcat swag on their route.
