BIG SKY – The Willie Waldman Experience will take the stage Aug. 13 at 9
p.m. at Choppers Grub ‘N Pub in Big Sky Town Center. Waldman has long
been a top-ranked back-up trumpeter in the music world, playing with big
names like rap artists Tupac Shakur and Snoop Dogg, and Grammy winning
bass player Rob Wasserman.
Recently, Waldman moved away from creating background music, taking
instead the mantle of producing original work with his band the Willie
Waldman Experience. He has played many musical genres over the years,
and is now billing himself as an alternative rocker.
Waldman is joined by veteran turntablist DJ Logic, who has been active for
more than 20 years in Brooklyn, and Brian Jordan, a singer-songwriter from
Southern California who has shared the stage with James Brown, the Dave
Matthews Band and the Allman Brothers Band.
Tickets are available in advance at Choppers Grub ‘N Pub and at the door.
