Dear Ophir School District Parents/Guardians:
Ophir School District parent involvement and cooperative partnerships enhance the education of our district. This is a special invitation to each of you to further that enhancement. This year at Ophir School District I will be starting Parent Advisory Group (PAG) meetings.
What is PAG?
This is a great opportunity to foster communication between parents and my office. I believe communication is imperative for quality and excellence in our children’s education. At our PAG meetings, I would like to provide you with information that is current and gather your suggestions for agenda items which are welcomed by contacting me at my office phone – 995-4281.
When and where?
The first meeting will be held for Lone Peak High School parents on Wednesday, Oct. 12 from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. in the school library. The topics will center on LPHS’s growth and will provide parents (9th – 12th) information on what to expect throughout your student’s high school career.
