Bozeman community to remember neighbors who died while homeless

EBS STAFF

On Dec. 21, the Gallatin Valley community is invited to a candlelight vigil for Homeless Persons’ Memorial Day, which takes place annually on the longest night of the year. During the event on the Bozeman Public Library front lawn, attendees will remember people in the community who died while homeless in 2024. The vigil, as well as messages of hope and a moment of silence, will begin at 6 p.m.

The event is hosted in partnership with Gallatin Valley organizations including Human Resource Development Council, Dahl Funeral and Cremation Service and various faith organizations.
