On Jan. 25, the James Beard Awards, an annual celebration of outstanding culinary arts, hospitality and media, honored several people and locations in Bozeman in the food scene.
Vienne, located at 101 S Wallace Ave., earned Outstanding Bakery, Devil’s Tobaggan at 113 E Oak St. earned Outstanding Bar, and PLONK’s Michael Ochsner earned Outstanding Professional in Beverage Service.

In the Mountain states of Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Utah and Wyoming, Linda Huang at The Hummingbird’s Kitchen at 1506 W Lincoln St. was listed in the best chef category.
