On Monday, July 14, construction crews are paving the outside northbound lane of South 19th Avenue, restricting right turns. All intersections will be closed on a rolling basis for approximately two hours each while the asphalt cools. The designated detour is South 11th Ave.
On July 15 and 16, the forecast currently calls for rain. If the weather remains dry, construction crews will pave the inside southbound lane, restricting left turns, followed by the outside southbound lane, restricting right turns.

All intersections will be closed on a rolling basis for approximately two hours each while the asphalt cools. In addition to the South 11th Avenue detour, a partial detour will open up on South 23rd Avenue.
