Montana saw record voter turnout before the day even began. Gallatin County voters had the option of dropping their ballots off, voting in-person and registering to vote at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds and the Gallatin County Courthouse on Nov. 3 until 8 p.m. Madison County, which saw a 77 percent ballot return rate in the Big Sky District, helped voters at the Elections Office in Virginia City until 8 p.m.
