After the Glide and Gorge on Sunday, which was a huge success, the first annual Big Sky Nordic Ski Festival continued on Monday afternoon with a variety of ski clinics and gear demos.
Eric Mittelsteadt from Toko Wax was on hand to answered questions about wax technique and ski care. Gunnar Kristiansen and Lone Mountain Ranch’s Herb Davis manned the demo tent, with the latest gear from Madschus, Fischer, and Salomon.
Decked out in the newest and lightest skis, participants took clinics on downhill control and classic technique. Everyone had a blast trying out skis with new edges and adjusting their technique to keep up with the fastest and lightest skis on the market.
The King and Queen of the Mountain Race on Tuesday afternoon was awesome!
