Starting tonight, Sept. 30, the League of Women Voters and the Bozeman Public Library will host candidate and ballot initiative forums into the first week of October. According to a Sept. 27 press release from the City of Bozeman, the forums are free and the public is encouraged to attend to learn about candidates for the 2025 legislative session, County Commission, a local Safety Levy and two statewide ballot initiatives.

“The non-partisan events are meant to be informational and educational meetings leading into the upcoming election held on Tuesday, November 5,” stated Beth Boyson, adult programming librarian at BPL. Questions from the public are welcome during each session and meetings will be recorded and made accessible by KGVM FM 95.9 Gallatin Valley Community Radio and BPL’s YouTube page.
