In November and December 2024, a committee of the Big Sky Rotary Club hosted its annual Giving Tree fundraiser to collect holiday gift donations for local children.
In a press release, the committee thanked the Big Sky community for supporting 28 families and 40 children—ranging from newborns to late teens—with this year’s efforts. Children received toys, books, clothing or shoes, and Rotary also offered a few items to parents.
“We know how well the community support is appreciated due to the heartwarming videos and thank you notes we receive after their gifts are opened,” the release stated. “We greatly appreciate the many community members and businesses who played a vital role in providing a wonderful holiday season for those in our community who are less fortunate.”
