The Warren Miller Performing Arts Center announced its winter lineup, including a unique grand piano concert on groomed Nordic trail, standup comedy, a cappella and other vocal performances, and a magic show.
“We’re proud to offer extraordinary shows every season, and winter 2026 is no different,” Executive Director John Zirkle stated in a press release. The season runs from late December to late March, and tickets are now available at warrenmillerpac.org, with discounts for students, multi-show packs and 25% off until Dec. 15. All shows start at 7:30 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
First up, on Saturday, Dec. 27, standup comedian Pete Lee will return to WMPAC after his first performance four years ago. A regular on Jimmy Fallon’s “The Tonight Show,” Lee brings family-friendly “but razor sharp” comedy with a hint of Midwestern kindness.
Next, on Saturday, Jan. 10, a unique show called “Such Is Life in the Far West” will feature six artists who all work as cowboys or ranchers, to present “an evening of contemporary Western culture with stories, music, poetry, and more,” the release explained.
On Saturday, Jan. 24, WMPAC welcomes jazz singer Michael Mayo, who just received two 2026 Grammy nominations for his latest album, “Fly.”
On the afternoons of Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 31 and Feb. 1, WMPAC brings back “another all-time favorite performance” for a pair of outdoor, 3 p.m. showings. Classically trained pianist Hunter Noack presents “In a Landscape: Classical Music in the Wild,” in which his team will haul a 1912 Steinway grand piano to a specially groomed course at the Big Sky Nordic Center. Audience members will listen live through Bluetooth headphones while exploring the landscape on cross-country ski, snowshoe or by foot.
“Hunter’s performance with us four years ago was born out of the pandemic necessity of distance, but it was perhaps our most popular event ever,” Zirkle stated, adding gratitude to Big Sky Resort and Lone Mountain Ranch for partnering with WMPAC to host the event. “People haven’t stopped asking me when they’re coming back, and the stars finally aligned.”

On Sunday, Feb. 15, attendees will see blockbuster Celtic singer Julie Fowlis, who sang the theme song for Disney Pixar’s Oscar-winning movie “Brave.”
A week later, on Sunday, Feb. 22, “legendary” classical group Kronos Quartet will return to WMPAC, bringing more than half a century of experience.
On Saturday, March 7, Voctave will show why they’re “one of the best a cappella groups in the country,” according to the release.
On Friday, March 20, United Kingdom magician duo The Conjurors will bring “the biggest spectacle of the season,” according to the release. They’ve been redefining magic and mentalism during a multi-year residency in Las Vegas, impressing celebrities and royalty around the world with “jaw-dropping” illusions and mind-reading.
Finally, on Saturday, March 28, “electrifying” modern dance group MOMIX will wrap the season with their interpretation of “Alice in Wonderland.”
