On Saturday, July 27, local author Jacquelyn Rinaldi will host an event at the Big Sky Community Library geared toward parents, teachers, and anyone who cares for children.

The discussion will focus on “understanding our own awareness of compassion and guiding young children through resolving issues and conflicts with compassion at the forefront,” Rinaldi wrote in an email to EBS. Rinaldi will discuss takeaways from her book, “Learning Compassion: Conflict Resolution through Education and Therapy,” published in 2022.
